Gates, N.Y. — The owner of the home where more than 200 cats were rescued over the summer has reportedly surrendered his remaining pets to Lollypop Farm.
We're told only eight of them are in need of adoption, and the rest have found their forever homes.
Roy Belke is charged with animal cruelty and neglect, and pleaded guilty to property code violations last month.
